Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:

Greets all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answers all incoming calls, transfers callers and takes messages as needed.
Attend to clients and transfer them to the appropriate department.
Schedule Meetings, Appointments.
Develop and implement a social media campaign for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, by executing day-to-day activities.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma.
Three years of secretarial or related experience.
Knowledge of social networking tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram…)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
